Virtual 3D Operations Training
Traditional training tells operators what to do. Immersive 3D training shows them — in a 3D replica of their actual facility, before they ever touch real equipment. Built by someone who has spent a decade operating and managing the exact processes being simulated.
Every scenario, every hazard, every procedure — designed by someone who has worked shifts at a real LNG terminal, led HAZOP studies, and validated Operator Training systems. Not a software company guessing what training should look like.

Background
I started my career at the LNG terminal in Świnoujście in 2015 — joining during the commissioning phase and staying for over a decade. I was part of the team that brought the plant from cold metal and P&IDs to a running terminal, then spent years ensuring it stayed safe and operated well.
That trajectory — from field operator through process safety specialist to senior engineer — gave me an unusually broad perspective. I understand how plants are designed on paper, how they behave on startup, and what the real challenges look like in the control room at 3am.
Currently based in Poland, working in a hybrid setup. Alongside my primary role, I take on selective freelance consulting projects in process engineering, process safety, and technical advisory.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Industries: LNG, natural gas infrastructure, energy systems.
Standards & methods: API RP 754, IEC 61511, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, RCA, MOC, LDAR.
